• Blue Line is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items in our Boats or land transport units.
• Blue Line reserves the right to refuse passengers on the boats or shuttle vans if the
  customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or has inappropriate behavior.
• Cancelations without penalty must be made 12 hours before the service, valid only with confirmation received by Blue Line.

  Cancellations within 12 hours will be penalized 100% unless there is a real and proven justification by Blue Line Management.
